It can be a cat, according to our elderly new neighbor who swears that he could not live without Charlie, his ever present female cat. So why did he name her 'Charlie'? Because, according to her doting owner, she's as feisty as a tomcat. I first spotted 'Charlie' peering in one of my open windows, then again the next day perched atop her owner's car. 'Charlie' may be as feisty as a tomcat; time will tell about that. In the meantime, 'Charlie' gets around - as most cats do.
